RE:PLACE Success Stories!

VOLLARA NUTRITION

Dear Bob and Chippynews.com readers,

Old page but good story. This is Michele Jones' fantastic weight loss story with photos of how well she has maintained her accomplishment.

Before picture 06/2005 and after picture 12/2005!

I am 54 years old at the time of this writing (5'8", 139 lbs. from a starting weight of 168). Most of my life, I was athletic, active and trim.  I've been a travel agent, a teacher, and a business owner --

Four times I've lost 20-30 pounds through a combination of dieting and exercise, but the weight has always come back.  With Vollara, I'm changing my lifestyle and my metabolism.  It won't come back again.  I already realize that.  I feel great and my energy is through the roof!   I can eat an apple between Re:Place shakes or meals and my body feels nourished.  I never feel deprived or edgy.

Specifically, I used Re:Place twice every day as a meal replacement for five months.  This is not a testament to my discipline, but a testament to the satisfaction--both from taste and from nutritional effect--of this amazing product.  In addition, I work out 6 days a week, 30 - 90 minutes per day--a combination of cardio, strength and stretch.  I vary my routines and keep challenging myself.  To date, I have lost 29 pounds and 25 inches...with only 4 pounds to go to reach my goal weight of 135.  I might even set a more ambitious goal after that. We shall see.

Vollara helped me regain the fitness I enjoyed as a younger woman and it provides emotional treasures--friends, travel experiences, and the like--as well.

Our nutrition training calls [9:30AM Eastern, Mon.-Sat., 641-793-7500 code 546009#] are excellent, providing unparalleled education and support for anyone using TED or any of our tremendous supplements.

Here’s to the new, thinner & healthier you!

Hi Bob,

Before Re:Place I weighed 248 pounds. I now weigh 146-150, allowing for day-to-day variations. People were surprised how quickly the weight came off – in just 4 months! Everyone thought I was sick and wanted me to go to the doctors to see what was wrong, but I refused to go.

Bottom line: I was sick-sick and tired of being FAT. I had to hold my breath to tie my shoes and dropped the soap in the shower and couldn't find it –HA HA! It was time to do something about it.

Many people tell me they’ve tried to lose weight, but it does not come off. I say –

FIRST: Start within you (your thoughts). If you don’t start there, it will not work. Same with all our products.

SECOND: Stop SUPERsizing your plate and everything else. That started long before McDonald's or Carl's Jr.

NOW, back to TODAY. I use Re:Place to maintain my weight which works real well, morning and lunch. If I get hungry, I have another shake instead of chips or donuts. At supper I have a great meal. If the plate is too full I just take a knife and divide it in half and eat slow. It is not a race!

Today is BIG with Blessing
GOD Bless You,
Darwin Cuddeback

PS  People at work laugh when they see my lunch box -- the big igloo one. On one side is only an apple and on the other, Re:Place and a shaker.

Here is an update...

Darwin Cuddeback is shown here maintaining his weight at 145 and looking healthier than ever.

Congratulations, Darwin.

Dear Chippynews.com and Bob,

I have put this off mostly because of my computer skills, but I have learned how to scan (mas o menos) and then import and do a few things on a very basic level. Here is the REAL STORY!

April 2003

Before Re:Place

January 2004

4 months on later

April 2005

127 lbs

I started when Re:Place became available to us in October of 2003. I weighed 194 lbs (I'm only 5'2.5" tall). My dress size was 18. In January 2004, 4 months of discipline, I was down to a size 12 and 160 lbs. Nice Christmas!

One and a half years later, April 05 at 127 lbs and size 6!!!! I'm pushing for 115 and I'm still excited. I do my exercise 3 times a week and still do two shakes a day...no other way for me and I love it!

Un abrazo,

Thank, Michele. I guess we should consider trying to find some before and after pictures for Ed....I still can't see the huge contrast in myself, yet. I've lost about 45 pounds, but Ed's lost almost 100!

I still don't stick to the program that well. I use the products properly, but I just eat more for dinner and snacking than I should to lose weight.

I don't have an exercise "program," and I know that's important. I walk about a mile, a couple times a week, but I'm limping for the rest of the day because I have arch problems.

I am doing a lot of gardening now and am active with my grandchildren (chasing, playing at the park, climbing stairs, etc.). I'm worn out by evening, but don't set aside time for a real workout. I have equipment (treadmill, rowing machine, mini-trampoline, HealthRider, weights), so no excuse because of weather. I'm just in a schedule rut!

The calls and forums are encouraging, but I can't make many of them because of the "babies" I usually have in the morning.

Thanks for all you do to support all of us. You are a real role model and so professional in your presentation.

How is Carlene or anyone else, for that matter, going to fight through the difficulties if she won't admit them? I applaud Carlene for this honest assessment of herself, and I encourage others to send us your confessions. Your story might help Carlene. Hers might help you. Those are both good reasons. But your confession might help you, too. No one can change a habit problem without first admitting it.

My name is Dani Gleason.  I went on Vollara' weight loss program in February 2005 not to lose weight but because of a major health issue:  I suffered a heart attack.  Then I was told I’d had diabetes for years.  I absolutely had to learn a new way of living and eating.

Happily, my health improved and I also lost weight.  I lost 21 lbs, went from a size 12 elastic waist to size 8 petite with a belt.  Most of my weight loss was from my stomach and butt.  True story:  My cholesterol went down from 286 to 137, LDL from 168 to 74.  Best of all, I am now controlling diabetes without medication.

What a no brainer!  Two meals a day I didn’t have to think about.  I saw the frustrations in the diabetic clinics – what to eat, how to lose weight and control blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Everyone needs what I found so now I’m sharing Re:Place in a big way with everyone I meet.
