Enjoy the variety of flavors that work so well with The Enzyme Diet. Adding additional fruits or flavorings will change the calorie and/or fat intake per serving. When using fruits, make sure that the fruit is unsweetened and without additives. You can thicken any recipe with crushed ice or thin it out by adding a small amount of water. Living Water or Spring House water, of course!
