Sending in an Air Purifier...

1. EQ Customer Service (800-989-2299) operates from 8:00 AM to midnight Eastern time. A live person will answer. 

 

NOTE: There is NO or little “hold time” if you call between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time (8 -10 PM Central; 7-9 PM Mountain; 6-8 PM Pacific). They close at midnight Eastern Time.

 

2. Press the option 5 and then option 1.

 

3. If your unit is under warranty (under 3 years old) there will be no charge. If it is out of warranty, EcoQuest will advise the total amount that will be billed to your credit card.

 

4. You will be given an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

 

5. Write this RMA number on 4 sides of the box (use original packing materials, double boxing, or ample packing).

Return Product Policies

 

Returns must be accompanied by a written resignation and must be authorized by telephone.

 

Products purchased prior to March 31, 2009, are covered by a different policy that will be discussed when you call. A 50% restocking fee will be charged. Products must be in new and unused condition. If the products are found to be used, return may be disallowed.

 

Products purchased in April 2009 and beyond are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products must be in new and unused condition. If the products are found to be used, an additional fee of up to 75% will be charged.

 

Products must be shipped at dealer expense.
